Return & Refund

Gift cards: Expire within a year of purchase. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They also cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are final sale.

Products: We are committed to providing quality products to our clients. We have done your homework for you by carefully hand selecting all of the products that we use in our treatments and retail in our clinic. Beauty Lab only partners with professional brands that share our passion of non-toxic skincare that is medically developed, clinically validated, and has consumer-proven results that are patented, tested, and trusted. We continuously seek out the latest skin care, body care, wellness and cosmetics on the market so you can shop with confidence knowing that you are purchasing pure, high quality, result-oriented products.

We are happy to assist you in selecting the best products for your individual needs. Therefore, all purchases are final sale.

Pre-ordered items: Cannot be cancelled as the item will be ordered and reserved for you. Please note that arrival time of goods are dependent on the manufacturer or supplier, thus the release dates of items might vary. Any delay due to late release or delay in shipment is beyond our control.

Services: If you weren’t pleased with your service, please contact us at info@beautylabnj.com. We do not refund services, but we want you to be 100% satisfied and we will do everything we can to remedy this.

Prior to service: Please fill out and return your intake forms. We encourage you to do so in advance to maximize the amount of time available for your treatment and limit paper waste.

Late Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you have time to check in, settle, and start your treatment promptly. New clients, please arrive 20-25 minutes early so you can fill out our first-timer forms.

  • If you are late to your appointment, your appointment may have to be rescheduled or will end at its original scheduled end time in order to respect other clients and staff.
  •  If you are more than 15 minutes late, we are unable to keep your appointment and half of your service fee will apply.  
  • Service changes will not be made in order to accommodate tardiness.

 Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 24-hours or more advance notice = no fee
  • Less than 24-hours notice = 50% of reserved service(s)
  • No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s)
  • Botox, filler and sun burns: Please schedule your injectables 2-3 weeks before any facial treatments at Beauty Lab. We will not be responsible for failure to plan appropriately.
  • Please cancel by calling us at (973)-978-3776 or through our online booking system.
  • If full payment is not received due to cancellation, you must pay the invoice prior to booking another appointment at Beauty Lab. Beauty Lab reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not canceled within 24-hours.

Payment Policy: Beauty Lab accepts all major credit cards and cash. 

Credit Care Authorization: I hereby authorize Beauty Lab to process credit card payments from the credit card saved on file when booking. All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times or they may risk any future appointments being cancelled without notice. I understand that my credit card will not be charged without due cause, and this card will only be charged for reserving my appointment, missed/late/no show appointments without my approval. By signing this consent, I give Beauty Lab permission to charge my card for the full amount of services booked on or after this date.

Cell Phone Policy: Please silence your phone while in the clinic so that you may receive all the relaxation vibes and be mindful of others.

Child Policy: Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.

Guest Policy: To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, we respectfully request that no additional guests accompany you to the clinic. Only the person receiving the service will be admitted. Exceptions may apply. Please call to inquire.

Minor Treatment Policy: Clients under the age of 18 coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Gratuities: Tips are welcomed. However, the most generous gratuity you can provide us is the referral of friends and family.

Decency Agreement: At Beauty Lab, we are committed to cultivating a safe and inclusive community. We will not tolerate instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, or aggression.

The purpose of this Decency Agreement is to create healthy boundaries. We are open to dialogue in teachable moments but we will not tolerate egregious behavior.

Covid Agreement: Our valued clients will have the freedom to choose to be masked or mask-free. We understand everyone has deeply personal beliefs guiding these decisions. We respect freedom of choice and there will be no judgment. As a company, we will not ask our guests to disclose vaccination status. We also ask that our guests respect our employees personal and private health choices. This discussion will not be tolerated. No exceptions.

Silent Appointment: Please don’t hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you are feeling anxious, mentally drained, or just want to have some quiet time. There will be no judgement—there never is. Regardless of the reason, you’re always welcome to utilize this option.
